HandoverSchemes, copy, translations and tokenised assets delivered ready to wire. Operator's retention manager owns the plan; their CRM team configures — no rebuild on our side.
Pyre Labs were entering a saturated crypto-casino market where every competitor looks the same — neon on black, 3D coins, a lime accent. The operator needed a brand that could stand next to Stake or Gamdom without getting mistaken for either, and a product that felt native to crypto players from wallet-connect to first spin.
Identity built for dark-chrome recall
A chunky acid-lime wordmark, a hex monogram, and a single off-accent violet. We resisted the usual neon gradient stack — one hero colour, one secondary, one surface. The system reads at a 48px favicon and on a hoodie tag.
Single-accent product UI
Every interactive surface — SPIN, wallet, live-drops, CTAs — uses the same acid-lime. No coloured noise competing for attention. Bet states, RTP badges, hot markers inherit the accent at different opacities, so the eye has one thing to follow on any screen.
Crypto-native onboarding, not fiat-retrofitted
No email, no KYC tier walls on the first-play path. Wallet-connect is the signup. Deposit is a hex address with copy + open-in-wallet. Auto-credit on confirmation. The whole flow from landing to first reel spin averages 14 seconds on-chain.

“Nine studios pitched a dark theme with a lime accent. Spinmark asked where the accent wasn't allowed to land — the no-go list ended up being the brand.”
